Yes. Owners bring everything from small dogs to a 70lb golden doodle, and each one is groomed by Becca herself.
Not at all, plenty of first-time puppies come through the door. Becca takes the extra time nervous dogs need and tells you how they got on.
Yes, overgrown coats are a regular job here. Bring your dog in and Becca will talk you through the tidiest way to bring it back.
Some regulars here are not fans of the bath and still come back happy. Becca works at their pace rather than rushing them through.
